Registrations for the new BREEAM New Construction V7 open on Tuesday 30th September 2025!

BREEAM V7 integrates whole-life carbon, resilience and resource efficiency into the standard to help create sustainable assets that meet investor expectations, evolving market demands, and regulatory requirements.

Current BREEAM V6 closes!

The current New Construction scheme V6.1 (and also 2018 and V6) will be closed for new registrations on 27th January 2026. If you wish to assess your buildings against these versions then please get in touch ASAP to get them registered.
